This website is operated by VKP SALES, trading as Mangalam Pooja ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order or create an account.

2. Products and Descriptions

We sell puja-related items. We try to show accurate descriptions, images, and specifications, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Handmade and metal, wood, or stone items may differ slightly in finish, size, or weight. These small variations are natural and are not defects. Our products are sold for personal religious use and are not medical or health products.

3. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. We may change prices or offers at any time without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is listed wrongly, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it only after payment is received, or after we confirm a Cash on Delivery (COD) order. We may refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as stock issues, pricing errors, an unserviceable pincode, incorrect information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, you get a full refund.

5. Payments

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets, and COD where available. Online payments are processed by Razorpay and other secure payment partners. We do not store your card or UPI details. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India to serviceable pincodes. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by festivals, weather, or courier delays. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before you order.

8. Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at pandavumang@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
  • Place false or abusive orders, or misuse return and refund claims
  • Try to hack, damage, or overload the site
  • Copy, scrape, or resell our content or products without permission
  • Post harmful, offensive, or misleading reviews or messages

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including the name Mangalam Pooja, logo, images, text, and design, belongs to VKP SALES or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

We provide the website and products on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VKP SALES is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

12. Privacy, Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat. For complaints, you can write to our Grievance Officer at pandavumang@gmail.com. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
