This Shipping Policy explains how VKP SALES, trading as Mangalam Pooja, packs and delivers your orders. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Where We Ship
We ship across India to all pincodes served by our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time. You can check whether we deliver to your area by entering your pincode at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed (or after a COD order is confirmed). Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Processing may take longer during festivals and peak seasons such as Navratri, Diwali, and Ganesh Chaturthi.
3. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Within Gujarat: 2-4 business days
- Metro cities and rest of India: 3-7 business days
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas: 7-10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. The total time from order to delivery is processing time plus delivery time.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Any free shipping offers or minimum order values are shown on our website and at checkout. The charge you see at checkout is the final charge. There are no hidden fees.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available only on selected pincodes and may carry a small handling fee, shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. We may ask for online payment or confirmation by email for high-value COD orders, or cancel COD orders that are repeatedly refused.
6. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and link by email (and SMS or WhatsApp, if you have agreed). You can use it to follow your parcel on our courier partner's website.
7. Delivery Address
Please enter a complete and correct address, pincode, and phone number. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or extra charges caused by wrong or incomplete details. If you need to correct your address, email us before the order ships. Once shipped, the address can't be changed.
8. Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
The courier will usually attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery fails because the address is wrong, the customer is unreachable, or the parcel is refused, it will be returned to us. In that case we can re-ship at your cost, or cancel the order and refund the amount minus the forward and return shipping charges.
9. Delays
Delays can happen because of festivals, weather, strikes, road closures, courier issues, or other events beyond our control. We are not liable for such delays, but we will help you track the parcel and keep you updated. If your order is delayed by more than 10 business days past the estimate, email us and we will look into it.
10. Packaging
We pack items securely, using extra protection for fragile pieces such as idols, glass, and brass items. Please check the outer packaging at delivery. If the parcel looks damaged, opened, or tampered with, tell the delivery person and email us right away.
11. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, with items missing, or with the wrong item, email pandavumang@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and an unboxing video. Claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
12. Split Shipments and Ownership
If your order has several items, they may be shipped separately or in different parcels, but you pay shipping only once. You will get tracking details for each parcel. Ownership of the items and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top.
